Talquetamab (JNJ-64407564) is a bispecific antibody that targets CD3, which is expressed on T-cells, and GPRC5D, which is highly expressed in multiple myeloma cells.Talquetamab (JNJ-64407564) is being investigated in a Phase 1 clinical study to treat relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma.

T-cell surface glycoprotein CD3 delta & CD3 epsilon chain, also known as CD3D & CD3E or CD3D&CD3E respectively, are single-pass type I membrane proteins. CD3D, together with CD3- epsilon(CD3E) , CD3-gamma and CD3-zeta, and the T-cell receptor alpha/beta and gamma/delta heterodimers, forms the T cell receptor-CD3 complex. T cell receptor-CD3 complex plays an important role in coupling antigen recognition to several intracellular signal-transduction pathways.
G-protein coupled receptor family C group 5 member D (GPRC5D) is a retinoic acid-inducible 40 kDa protein with seven transmembrane segments and a short N?terminal extracellular region. It is expressed in keratinizing epithelial cells, the pancreas, kidney, small intestine, spleen, and testis. Alternate splicing generates two additional isoforms with substitutions or truncations in the cytoplasmic tail.
